Started working as a barista at the age of 16, after a few years of apprenticeship she moved to Milan where she had the opportunity to take her first course based on latte art at Barlady Cafe 'Academy together with Carmen Clemente. After a few months of work in Milan she decides to undertake a course with Luigi Lupi with her partner, defined as the father of Latte Art Manuela manages to conquer the World Latte Art title 2019.
