Wondercool supercoolers reach ten degrees below zero in just two hours without actually freezing the drinks. The company based in Madrid with a manufacturing plant in Córdoba has developed an innovative kind of technology that’s revolutionising commercial refrigeration.
It’s the first supercooler on the market, a state-of-the-art device capable of cooling any food at a temperature between 0°C and -10°C without freezing it. Thanks to its cooling speed, it’s particularly beneficial for cooling drinks in catering establishments, because it increases the turnover. It operates with all kinds of drinks, including beer, white wine, sparkling wines, soft drinks and water.
The innovative appliance replaces conventional refrigerators and boasts a cooling speed that’s up to four times faster. It’s neither a fridge nor a freezer. Although it works with the temperature ranges of a freezer, it doesn’t freeze the drinks, it cools them, like a refrigerator but at a sub-zero temperature.
