Biography

World-renowned master baker. Currently he is the head of Baking School Barcelona Sabadell. Member of the winning French baking team of the 2019 Mondial du Pain, where he notched the bronze medal and the award for the World's Best Organic Bread. Since 2021, he has coached the Spanish team in the Mondial du Pain, where it has obtained various distinctions: 2021 runner-up, world's best artistic piece in 2021, third place in the “3rd Best of Mondial
