Biography

Baker with broad professional experience and an instructor and advisor for small and mid-size companies in the baking sector. Member of the Spanish baking team in the 9th Mondial du Pain 2023, in which he won the award for world’s best brioche. Individually, he has received various awards such as Best Creative Coca Bread 2023 and Best Catalan Peasant Bread 2022.
