Biography
In 2017 Carmen begins to compete always supported by her partner Manuela, winning the 2nd place in a competition organized by Faema. In 2019 she gets 4th place at the national latte art finals. In 2020 she becomes the Italian Latte Art 2020 Champion thanks to the training done together with the World Champion Manuela Fensor, title obtained in 2019 in Berlin.
