Antonio Coppola

Biography

28 years old: he is the youngest of the three Coppola brothers. He was introduced to the art of pizza-making by his older brother Ciro and rolled his first pizza at the age of 8. Today he is Ciro’s right-hand man, and is a great enthusiast of ovens and the way to cook the Vera Pizza Napoletana. A true Neapolitan pizza maker (or “pizzaiolo”) and the youngest of the brothers, he is a volcano of ideas, always attentive to new proposals on the world
