The voice of vending in Spain

The Spanish National Association of Automatic Distributors (ANEDA) participates in HOSTELCO to uphold its role as the essential agent that defends the interests of this sector’s Spanish professionals. Founded 40 years ago with the purpose of promoting and strengthening the development of vending in Spain, ANEDA is the only national association in this sector in the country, and is part of the European Vending Association (EVA) and the Spanish Confederation of Commerce (CEC).

One of this association’s central roles is its active participation in the field of institutional relations. In this regard, the association promotes support, dialogue and collaboration with government and administrative authorities to ensure a favourable environment for the development of the vending sector in Spain.

Committed to excellence and quality in the industry, ANEDA has promoted the creation of the AQS, the ANEDA Quality System Certificate, specifically for automatic distribution. At present, over 90% of companies in the vending market have this certificate. In addition, ANEDA has stood out internationally for drafting the White Paper on Vending, a comprehensive and unique guide that provides a complete overview of this industry worldwide.

This association, in its constant effort to understand and adapt to market needs, also conducts market studies on consumption habits, providing members with valuable information, and contributing to growth and innovation in the sector. ANEDA’s notable initiatives include its organisation of the ANEDA EXPOCONGRESS, an important event on the vending calendar, which will take place in May/June 2025.
